Wooden window replacement

Window and frame need replacing as frame is wooden and is rotting. Glass is cracked and is slipping down because the putty has dried, cracked and falling away. Window is just over 3m across and about 1.8m down. Has 2x windows that are part of the whole frame that used to open but are either nailed shut or have rotting pieces. Needs attention ASAP because weather is changing and I'm scared that one day it'll smash with the wind pushing on it. Glass is very old single glaze. Tape is there to help hold it sort of in place.
