Repair 1930's bungalow window frame (rotten section)

See the attached photo. The blue circled area is where the timber is rotten and broken down. It also can be seen on the inside part of the window frame. The sill seems to be ok, but not sure. We are wanting this section repaired, which ever is cheaper: - Cut out the rotten section and replace with new - no need to paint; - Replace entire section of timber window frame - no need to pain. The window frame on the other side has been previously repaired by cutting out the section and replacing with a new timber section. This is not part of the scope of works, but we would consider redoing this section as, but we would like your opinion - we are not too sure of its condition. We would like this job done as soon as you are available, especially during the summer months of early 2023.
