Window Replacement

So as you can see I have three rimu windows that are going to need to be replaced. Middle window is inset and permanent; windows either side open and close. Outside frame of windows are in good nick, but window frames themselves are shot. I think I’m looking for someone with joinery / building skills to replace the three windows (each roughly .7 by .5 metres) and then fit them although I’m open to other ideas. I have various other windows and doors of the same vintage that need some help so this could turn into a much bigger job for the right person.
