Leaking aluminium frame and rotten sill

We have got a leaking aluminium frame (bay window design, approx 1.865mm wide, 560mm from bottom to angle) that's also been rotting the sill underneath. So far all the window people we've talked to have only offered to fix the window but not the sill (timber vs. aluminium). We're after a full solution ideally keeping existing glass (as this is a bathroom so modesty glass is important). We suspect leak is relatively minor but has been left for years before we got the house

Clear communication. Arrived on time. Workmen were very thorough. When testing identified an ongoing issue they quickly resolved it. Repair has endured significant rainfall since and appears to be working entirely as anticipated. Would use again.
