Install fixed window stays #2

1. In keeping with the Healthy Homes legislation, we need some fixed window stays added to three aluminium windows in the house. Also need window stays attached to two wooden casement windows, and one wooden other style window. We tried to affix the stays ourselves with the aluminium windows, but could not fit anything ourselves, not being handy like that, but we have some stays to try to see if they will work. We want someone who knows what they are doing and what exactly to use. Contact me for photo's or more pictures. 2. Potentially - fix a seratone or inner shower hole in the wall. Lower corner has had a piece peeled off it or broken off. It should be tiled around or fixed so that water doesn't get in to subfloor area. Open to suggestions. This can be done by same builderscrack person, or we can get someone afresh to assess that and do it.
