Microchip Cat Door Installer

We need to purchase and install a Microchip Cat Door ie Sureflap for our cat. We currently have a basic large cat door already installed but the neighbors cats keep coming in. I say large because I think it was used by the dog from the previous owners. The door is single pane glass. I would like the job done before Christmas if possible.
