Installation of Dog and Cat doors

Hi. I need to get a cat door installed into a single glazed ranch slider door approx 1085mm x 735mm. Photo of window attached. I also need to get a dog door installed into a metal shed at the bottom right front. Photo of shed attached. I am wanting to get the shed lined and insulated, so I am not sure whether I should get the dog door put in before or after this. I have the cat door and dog door already- photos attached.
