Retaining wall balustrade

Supply and erect ballustrade on top of retaining wall. Retaining wall has a drop of 1.5 meters from flat lawn. Wall has capping of approx 150mm x 50 mm. Want glass panels with mini posts so view is not compromised, Retaining wall was erected by qualified builder so top plate /caping should be flat and true within 10mm. Total overall length is 14.77 meters, made up of two lengths . 4.66 meters and 10.11 metres . Short length runs off at approx 15 degrees to longer length. Must comply with council requirements for minimum height etc. May need caping on top of glass to meet building standards. Easy access
