Replacement windows

The metallic frames/arms that open the window has rusted off and the completely broken off of the rim on the window frames on one side and the window is hanging on by a thread and I have managed to push the window up in to place, but the whole metal frames is rusty too. The window has hanging down the side of the house as i was trying to close the window when the frame work broke away. Unsure of window in the toilet needs replacing as well, but one side is out of alignment and needs popping back in to place or replaced, needing advice on that window as well. The last two photos are of the wash house window and the first three photos are of the toilet window and one is showing the frame work (arms) that broke away on the wash house window. Thanks.
