Painting and fixing hinges on timber windows

I want to get our timber windows repainted on the outside, and revarnished on the inside, as well as getting the hinges and catches working smoothly again, before we get them retrofitted with double glazing. We have 5 large windows and 1 small one to do, although may do them in stages.
