Cat door installation

Hi there! We’re moving in to a new house shortly and are wanting to install a cat flap so our cat can go out. We’re wanting to have it installed in the window next to the front door. It’s one tall panel and the dimensions are H: 1910mm x W: 220mm. We assume the window is also double glazed. The photo attached should hopefully show.
