Supply & replace small double glazed unit in a PVCu window. #2

Small PVC-u bathroom window got a stone chip from lawnmower on one side of double glazed unit, that side shattered as per the picture. Need it replaced please. Specs and dimensions of the original window supplied - please note 580 by 580 is the frame size, not the glazing unit size. Need someone with experience with PVC-u windows.
