glass balustrade for deck

I need a glass balustrade for a deck. I need a top mounted system for a torch on deck. My preferred system would be a bracket\ flange that could have the torch on laid around then the post can slide down over flange and be fixed. Then glass installed in between posts. What is a rough square metre rate that I can give to my client ? Then I can get you around for a proper quote.
