Very nice person, but left a mess including broken glass on the pathway and window sill. Asked for up-front payment, which I made, but then did not advise that he would be delayed in completing the job because he was injured. Communication would have got him a higher review. He's a nice guy - I wish him well. Hopefully, he will see this review as free advice as to how he should conduct his business.
