I asked for quote to include sanding and undercoating outside wooden joinery on 4 double windows (plus other items). Work on windows was not done at all. Invoice was same as quote price. I was not advised when Ryan thought he had completed the job. I just received an invoice. When queried invoice he was not very good at explaining invoice and afforded a small discount. I now have to have this work completed by others. Make sure you get a detailed quote which covers ALL jobs before accepting him
