Timber window frame repair and re-glaze (no rot) with scope for larger job
Job description
I have a window in Devonport in need of immediate repair (broken frame, broken pane). The frame on the opening window needs a new lower rail installed and it then needs to be re-glazed. The other windows on the property also need attention (less urgent) and I'd like to discuss options there too (including painting). This is a ground floor unit, so access is not a problem at all.

I expected a little more in terms of finishing detail (like at least painting the window putty and the raw wood) and a bit more attention to detail (the window did not close properly and we had to sand it to make it close) but overall an efficient and effective repair.
