Reseal windows +

I have several Window frames in my laundry that need resealing as wind and rain comes in. I can't tell if the whole lot will need replacing but at least 5 have obvious gaps/breaks in the sealing and gaps between the pane and the frame. I have taken photos of the worst. I would also like some tinting added to these windows to reduce the heat in this room. In summer this room gets unbearable. The top row of 5 panes are 150cm x 52cm. The bottom row of 5 are 73cm x 52cm. I also have a small panel of glass in my dining room door which needs replacing. Photo of this added. It's 32cm by 13cm and frosted.
