Window alterations x 2 and reclad

I am planning a kitchen renovation and would like to resize (raise) window 1 to make room for kitchen bench underneath it. Also would like a quote to merge windows 2 and 3 into one larger kitchen window, if possible. Would like the quote as soon as possible but the actual job would probably be 2-3 months away as would need to finalise kitchen design first.
