Remove two existing double glazed windows, cut new opening in house --- for one larger window/splash back. Reroute, electric, plumbing services if required, procure and install new double glazed window (same spec as existing). Remove existing splash back and extraction system, refit extraction system only. Fit internal window sills (un-painted ok) and make good external exterior coating system (supplied) paint and seal to original finish standard. House construction: plaster applied over masonry/bricks laid over a cavity system.
