Villa window repair

Hi Stuart, I have a window on a 1920's rental villa that is held in place with sellotape. I would like the frame sanded and painted as well as the glass put in properly with putty, and rehung so that it opens and closes. All good to take window away and cover the gap while you work on it. Will have to look at it with you to get an idea of price as not sure if glass can be reused, or if catches etc are OK. Need to give tenants a days notice. There are probably some more windows needing attention on the house, this one is the priority. Thanks Clare :-)
