Some Windows around our villa are not opening and have latches to be fixed. Kitchen sink needs a bit of silicone on wood joinery at back of sink to stop water splashes dripping down behind sink and prevent rotting. Lino tiles in bathroom are lifting by shower and some little squares missing. Window latch needs replacing ( old villa stile)
