Its an upstairs window and is held on by one hinge only now. Would like someone to remove and refit. I'm happy to undertake the repair but its an awkward spot to remove especially by myself. Its not a particulary large window, just awkward removal, screws are probably siezed - there may be more work too. So removal - I'll repair and repaint - then refit a couple of days later. Photos on request.
