Double glaze the millstone

We live in a 1940s weatherboard house. The lower level is double glazed. We would like the 1st floor to now be double glazed. This includes kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom, two bedrooms and study. Everywhere has the original wooden frames except for the bathroom and kitchen which have aluminium joinery. We are open to a total refit or retrofit double glazing.
