Rotted window frame and wall plate #2

We have two jobs needing attention, and since they both concern weather-tightness the sooner the better. First is a window on the North facing side of the house. I guess it was never correctly installed because the entire frame is rotted out. We have sourced a replacement frame so it will just be a case of taking the rotten one out and replacing with the new frame. The second job (prefer to have both tackled at once if possible but will consider individual quotes) is that the base plate running along the bottom of the wall on the South side of the house is also showing signs of rot. Not sure how high up the wall this has progressed. The house is clad in stucco so that's a factor to consider. Looking to get these seen to sometime in January or February. My wife and I both work from home so pretty flexible on providing site access.
