Rotting sill needs replacement

In the process of upgrading my shed, but found during wet weather the sill of the window is badly rotting and seeps water. Not sure how easy this job is as could require a hole new window? And not sure of the material my shed is made from. Attached is an internal and external photo of the window in question. Apologies if quality is poor
