Venetian Mirror re silver

We have an antique Venetian mirror that requires re-silvering of the main and subsidiary panels and all of the small butterfly shaped fixings that cover joints between the panels. Please respond if you have the capability to handle the task. A subsidiary task is to replace the fixings that hold the butterflies. We appreciate that the ability to re-silver and replace the joints are not necessarily to be found in one company.
