Replace window in toilet room

I have a permanently open slat window in the toilet that I would like to replace. I need this done as its on the south side of the house. I'm happy with either a replacment wooden window or aluminium. What ever I can close to stop the cold wind and leaves coming in I will be happy with. Our builder has given me Measurements of 335 x 570. I'm unsure of cost so any suggestions welcome. Would like work done asap bit when ever someone can free up time would be appreciated. I am unsure of cost but happy to discuss further. Thank you
