Replace friction stays on 2 upstairs windows. Stays are on side of window. Incl part and labour. See measurement of window in photo. Also each window has security stays that only allow window to be opened to about 12cms. I believe these need to be removed to refit friction stay. If work could be done this thurs or friday.
