Wanted large dog door installed. Contact initially good and put door in, however they asked no questions about the dog and installed the door close to the ground so my dog could not use the door. Contacted them multiple times and a week later made contact and came to look at the door. Did not accept responsibility and spoke in front of me in another language which was rude. Turned glass upside down so the dog door was higher up. Still not ideal but better than it was. Pretty unhappy overall.
