Cracked Window to Replace

Hi There. We'd like to replace a cracked piece of glass in the laundry of our rental property. The latch is also a problem - the screws are loose and no longer fit the holes which have become too big. But replacing the glass is the main thing. It's an aluminium joinery window. Glass is probably 3-4mm thick. Glass dimensions are H: 700mm, W: 720mm. Outside frame dimensions are H: 735mm W: 755mm. We are a rural address in Hedgehope. Yorke Road area. Quotes are welcome.
