Timber Window Replace\Repair

Hi there, Looking to either repair or replace window (incl. frame) and timber surround that has been impacted by rot. Surround is 1100 x 710, frame is 935 x 545 with 2 single pane peices of glass within. This window is on the south side of a single story house and is part of the master ensuite. Access to the window (externally) is no issue due to concrete path that runs at the back of the property. No specific timeframes, however of note there is a house build going on behind the property in which the window resides. Shouldn't impact this job besides possible limited parking on the driveway.
