Car door installation in wall

I have a cat door (sure flap) that id like placed in a wall. There are limited options for location and the area id like to use is close to a plug and may also have a beam running through it - so basically might not be suitable. I'd like for someone to come and check it out for me, please.

Hi, we have been doing joinery work in the Hawkes Bay area for the last 25 years. As well as being in the workshop, we also repair & maintain timber doors & windows, ie replace sash cords, replace hardware including locks, fix sticking doors etc. Altering kitchen cabinets to fit new ovens, dishwashers etc.
