Hi, We want to replace current windows in the house with double-glaze units. We are looking at wood, uPVC and Alu+thermal break for frames. We are not interested in retrofitting double-glazed units into current frames. The new windows should have an option for removable fly-nets. The house has brick cladding over timber frame and was built in 1961. Currently we have 10 windows with wooden frames circa 1960s and 3 windows with alu frames circa 1975. Thank you.
