Window & Sliding door replacement Port Waikato

We would like the Window & Sliding door on our concrete block house replaced. Measurements are: Window 2.05 x 1.25 Sliding door 1.88 x 1.98 The door & window are about 50 years old. About 20 years ago the wall below the window started leaking, whenever the rain driven Westerlies would blow a certain way, probably only a few times a year. We tried sealing below the wall & have replaced the cladding below the soffit but that didn’t solve the problem. So the last option we believe where the leak is coming from is the window however the sliding door no longer opens so we felt its time to replace both. You may need to assess the condition of the concrete block. Could we have a quote to remove & replace with double glazed please and a lockable door. More photos are available if needed.
