Small job installing two large double glazed units. Appeared on site with very little warning. Put the units in and said they would be back the following day to finish off, then didn't see them for three months. Left a bit of mess around after leaving and communication was really poor.

"Quote and variation completed around customers timeframes for payment as he was unable to pay invoice in full. all mess was removed from site upon final day as per terms of the quote."
