Window fix

The 4 wooden exterior windows at the Port Chalmers Pioneer Hall need new putty and a new coat of paint. 2 of the windows were prepared by a community working bee. The job was never finished, the windows still need putty and paint & possibly more. The job might just consist of putty and paint, or it might entail replacing some of the window frames. Trying to get quotes for the job has lead to conflicting reports ranging from 'just whack some paint on' through to 'everything is ruined tear it out and replace it all'. The Hall has bog, putty, and paint. We just need someone to let us know what (if any) repair work is needed, and how much the job will cost - with a view to actually doing the job.
