Dog door installation

Hi there, I live in Cashmere and need a dog door installed for my small-med sized dog. Glass is double glazed and approximately 880 x505 cm. From what I understand the double glazing has to be removed, is that correct? Also please let me know if you supply the dog flap too or if I should supply it and if that is included in the quote?
