I have a large mirror (about 200cm x 120cm) with a crack that runs about 65 cm from the bottom. That leaves most of it in good condition (about 140cm x 120cm), which can be useful to someone with the right tools to repurpose. Happy to give it away in exchange for removal or removal for a small fee :)
