Re puttying sunroom windows & replacing glass panes in side door

We have an unusual styled conservatory that we're in the process of sprucing up. We're cleaning the paint of the windows and intend to repaint the frame, inside an out but have noticed that some of the window putty is old and crumbling so will need to be replaced. Its also a bit "tired" in areas which might also need a freshen up. Also wish to replace the panes of glass in the side door with 4 of the same glass type. Hoping for someone to give us a cost on what this would be to do. No glass needs to be replaced. Dates are tight as the painters start in 2 weeks so as soon as possible is preferred. Thanks
