Making good the ceilings and floor. - Fit a new double glazed Bay window to the upstairs lounge. Supply and fit suitable seating/ storage for the bay window - Separately quote for replacing upstairs bedroom window, bathroom and laundry window with new double glazing. Resource consent & Builders permit approved Drawings available
