repairing cloudy double glazing on sliding glass door

We are looking to get our double-glazed sliding door repaired. One door the rubber fixing has come off and the door is cloudy (see photo). Also, the door is extremely difficult to open and would like to see about getting that fixed. Regarding cost, I don't know how much which is why I'm contacting a few companies to get quotes :-). Thanks!
