Condensation issue - Kitchen door.

We have completed work to rotten timber around a door at an address and stopped water ingress from outside. There is still an issue with condensation around the door that is stopping us from finishing the job. The condensation is soaking through the door and is released on the door sill by the vertical joints of the door frame. Is there anything that can be installed in the glazing? A drainage channel, potentially?
