Needing window seals installed

We had our aluminium windows retrofitted with double glazing last year. Unfortunately, the workers left the job incomplete and failed to disclose that they hadn't replaced the crusty old broken seals. So our winter was draughty and cold with lots of moisture buildup on the joinery thanks to them! I confronted their boss about it and he blamed me for not asking for that job to be done. I mean, isn't that just standard practice with retrofits though? So... now we need someone to finish the job to a professional level. The photos show the state of the seals and joinery, it's not pretty but with a little elbow grease it's doable. 6 Window, sizes are (approx): ---
