2 window glass panes need to be replaced. Of the 2,one is a regular size window and the other window is half the size of the regular window.

Disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Disappointed with the attitude. Did not clean the interior of the dwelling after work was completed. Did not use a dropsheet while doing the replacement of the glass panes as a result of which there were pieces of glass lying on the deck....one of these pieces pierced the foot of my daughter. I had requested a discount on price as I was not GST registered and this was an excuse put forward for not disposing of the broken glass pieces. Not happy.

"Hi, the windows were replaced to a high quality within 1 day of contacting us. Due to your kind request to remove GST we lowered the price absorbing the cost ourselves, we did not appreciate trying to bargain with our tradesmen onsite on the price after we had agreed on a price. As for the disposal of glass, this is an optional service at an extra fee, as stated in our invoices, it seems there may have been some miscommunication. Apologies for any inconvenience."
