Wooden window repair - rot

Hello. Yesterday our kids were playing with a ball and cracked the window. As we were looking to fix the window, we were told frame needs fixing first as it’s broken/ got some rot. Keen to understand timings and costings. Ideally looking to fix as soon as possible as it’s in the kid’s bedroom. Cheers, Mireille
