Fanlight (Awning) Window Hardware

We are hoping to replace the old quadrant stays from our fanlight windows (9 in total) to allow for space for blinds. The previous stays were poorly installed and therefore protrude quite a bit - pictures included for your reference. We have been told that our fanlight windows are unusual as the frame at the bottom is almost non-existent - pics attached We were hoping to for someone to discuss some other window hardware options that won't interfere with the blinds (telescopic stay, double tongue fastener, new quadrant stays ?) and then install them. Ideally ASAP so blinds can be installed.
