Retrofit timber windows double glazing

We live in a 1960's brick and tile home with it's original timber window frames. In winter it is extremely cold, and the sound insulation is poor (waking up our kids). We would like to see how much it'll cost to retrofit double glazing windows on all the windows of our house. The other optional quotes we are looking at are hardware (opening handles) and privacy (can see from inside but not from outside?)
