Dog door required #3

I’m after a door for my dog. I can’t find an off the shelf solution. It needs to be installed where there are small panes of glass, each glass measures at 340mm high but only 180mm wide And my dog is a little chunky thing and his body is 180mm wide. I’d prefer not to have a plastic framed door door, and for it to look quite seamless. Do you have a solution? I guess I could put it through the external wall, but I don’t really want to make a hole in the wall. Thanks!
