Help to Install 4 Window Restrictors

This is a call for help! We have a final pool inspection on Aug 20th and require window restrictors to be added to 2 sets of windows (see example in attachment) The Miles Nelson ones that we purchased have instructions which neither myself or wife are able to follow (See attachment) --- / --- / As we don't want to mess it up, it would be great if someone could please our install 4 restrictors using the hardware we have purchased before our inspection on the 20th.
