Some of our wooden windows are in a bad condition and need some repair job. Please contact me for a time to view and give me a quote. It would be great if the job can be done asap. The house is vacant and work can be started immediately.

Sam helped us to fix some rotten windows recently. I received quite a few replies as soon as I put a request on the Builderscrack. I replied to some of them based on the reviews rate. However Sam was the first person made contact with me and came to do the inspection immediatly in the weekend, emailed me a quote on the same night, started work on the following Monday. His workmanship is a high standard. His cost is fair. Sam's approach is professional, efficient, reasonable and friendly.
